Instructions

If you’re new (or returning) to social media and feeling a little unsure about how to start showing up in a real and relatable way—this is for you. This week is all about helping you dip your toe in, gain confidence, and start creating real connections online. No selling. No pressure. Just honest storytelling and gentle engagement.

Below you’ll find 5 plug-and-play prompts.

Pick your favorites, edit the text (and emojis, to make it you!) and aim to post 2–3 of them this week - adding in some posts about some daily life activities you’re doing, too!

🔥Use a real-life photo of yourself or your life (avoid stock photos or product shots). Or film a quick reel and put text over it!

🔥 Edit these however you’d like and speak like you’re talking to a friend. Don’t overthink it—just be you.

Social Media Post Prompts

🔹 Prompt 1:
“A Myth I Believed That Held Me Back”

We’ve all been there — believing something that sounded right but totally slowed our progress.

For the longest time, I believed _______ (insert myth — ex: “I had to hustle 24/7 to succeed” or “I needed to have a huge audience to make a difference”).

That belief kept me stuck in _______ (overwhelm, perfectionism, doubt, etc.).

But once I realized the truth — _______ (your realization) — things started to shift big time.

What’s a belief you’ve outgrown lately?

🔹 Prompt 2:
“Things I Never Thought I’d Be Doing…
But Here We Are”

Let’s have some fun with this one. Make a list of 3–5 things you find yourself doing now that the “past you” would be SHOCKED about. For example:

— Talking confidently on camera

— Helping people with their wellness

— Running a legit business from your phone

— Drinking celery juice (willingly) 😂

This is your reminder: you’re growing more than you realize.

🔹 Prompt 3:
“What I Wish I’d Known When I Started”

If I could go back and whisper something to myself when I was just getting started, it would be this:

_______ (fill in your most valuable tip, mindset, or piece of encouragement).

I thought _______ (a mistake or false assumption), but I’ve learned _______ (what really matters).

If you’re just starting out — know this: _______ (your heartfelt message to the beginner version of you).

Sometimes we forget how far we’ve come.

🔹 Prompt 4:
“The One Question That Shifted Everything”

Sometimes all it takes is one powerful question to change your direction.

For me, it was:

“_______?” (insert the question — like “What if it works?” or “Who loses if I don’t show up?”)

That question made me realize _______ (your insight or action step).

It’s amazing how one moment of clarity can move us into motion.

Have you ever had a question stop you in your tracks — and then propel you forward?

🔹 Prompt 5:
“Let’s Talk About a Weird Wellness Habit I Love”

Okay, confession time: I do this thing that might seem weird to some, but I love it and I swear it makes a difference.

It’s _______ (oil pulling, dry brushing, putting lavender on your pillow, etc.)

Here’s why I’m obsessed with it: _______ (how it helps you feel better).

Not everything has to be mainstream to be powerful.

Got a weird-but-wonderful wellness ritual you swear by?
