If you’re new (or returning) to social media and feeling a little unsure about how to start showing up in a real and relatable way—this is for you. This week is all about helping you dip your toe in, gain confidence, and start creating real connections online. No selling. No pressure. Just honest storytelling and gentle engagement.
Below you’ll find 5 plug-and-play prompts.
Pick your favorites, edit the text (and emojis, to make it you!) and aim to post 2–3 of them this week - adding in some posts about some daily life activities you’re doing, too!
🔥Use a real-life photo of yourself or your life (avoid stock photos or product shots). Or film a quick reel and put text over it!
🔥 Edit these however you’d like and speak like you’re talking to a friend. Don’t overthink it—just be you.
The other day, something small happened — but it hit me in a big way.
I was _______ (describe what you were doing or feeling: overwhelmed, tired, unsure), and then _______ (describe the moment: you got a kind message, hit a milestone, took a breath).
It reminded me that sometimes, the smallest wins are the ones that matter most.
I celebrated by _______ (treating yourself, sharing with a friend, taking a walk), and it gave me the energy to keep going.
What’s a recent win—big or small—you’re proud of?
One of the things that’s helped me stay grounded and focused lately is _______ (name a tool, routine, or resource—outside your business).
I started using it because _______ (reason you were struggling or wanted to improve), and it’s helped me feel more _______ (organized, peaceful, motivated).
This isn’t an ad—LOL
Just something that’s truly helped me.
Have you found anything recently that’s made your life easier or better?
Share it with me—I’m always looking for new ideas!
If I could go back and tell my younger self one thing, it would be this:
Don’t wait to _______ (take the risk, believe in yourself, set boundaries, rest, show up).
I spent too long _______ (holding back, doubting, people-pleasing), and while I don’t regret the lessons, I do wish I’d _______ (taken the leap, trusted my gut, started earlier).
So if you need the reminder today: it’s not too late.
What’s one piece of advice you’d give the version of you from a year ago?
What’s your favorite go-to easy dinner later?? I’m all out of ideas!
Behind the scenes, I’ve been working on _______ (personal or professional focus — consistency, better boundaries, building a habit, healing, etc.).
It hasn’t been easy… some days I feel like I’m crushing it. Other days? Not so much.
But I know that if I keep showing up, even imperfectly, I’ll make progress.
Is there something you’re quietly working on too?
Let’s normalize the messy middle.
