If you’re new (or returning) to social media and feeling a little unsure about how to start showing up in a real and relatable way—this is for you. This week is all about helping you dip your toe in, gain confidence, and start creating real connections online. No selling. No pressure. Just honest storytelling and gentle engagement.
Below you’ll find 5 plug-and-play prompts.
Pick your favorites, edit the text (and emojis, to make it you!) and aim to post 2–3 of them this week - adding in some posts about some daily life activities you’re doing, too!
🔥Use a real-life photo of yourself or your life (avoid stock photos or product shots). Or film a quick reel and put text over it!
🔥 Edit these however you’d like and speak like you’re talking to a friend. Don’t overthink it—just be you.
I used to believe that _______ (limiting belief: success had to look a certain way, wellness meant being perfect, social media was only for influencers…).
But after _______ (a personal shift, event, or learning), I started to see things differently.
Now, I’ve learned that _______ (new truth or empowered mindset) — and it’s honestly changed the way I approach _______ (your life, business, wellness, or goals).
Have you ever had a belief totally shift on you in the best way? I’d love to hear it!
When I feel overwhelmed, I know it’s time to reset.
For me, that usually looks like _______ (your go-to self-care ritual: a walk, music, prayer, journaling, cooking, etc.).
It might seem small, but this one thing helps me feel more like myself again.
This week, I’m committing to making more space for _______ (quiet, play, margin, peace — whatever you’re leaning into).
What’s something you do just for YOU that helps you reset?
Let me save you some time: if you’ve ever struggled with _______ (something you used to struggle with: focus, time management, meal planning, social media, etc.), I’ve been there.
One thing that’s helped me a ton is _______ (a tool, book, app, habit, or system).
I’m all about sharing what’s working—especially if it might help you breathe a little easier too.
What’s one tool or trick you swear by lately? I’m always up for learning something new!
Let’s do a fun one — this or that! Drop your answers in the comments:
🥗 Smoothie or Salad?
🌞 Morning walk or Evening stretch?
📖 Book before bed or Journal in the morning?
🧘♀️ Quiet time or Music therapy?
No wrong answers — I just love hearing how different we all are. What’s your favorite?
If I could sit down with the “me” from a year ago, I’d tell her:
“You’re doing better than you think. Stop _______ (worrying about what, putting pressure on yourself for what, etc.).
You don’t have to have it all figured out. Just keep _______ (showing up, learning, giving yourself grace — insert your truth).
The things you’re doing now? They’re going to matter more than you can see yet.”
If you could give one piece of advice to your past self, what would it be?
