Question 1: Why do you require a credit card for FREE/Standard accounts?
We know asking for a credit card can be a pain. This allow us to know we have actual real people using the app and not fake accounts, bots or people who are using the app for spam. You 100% will not be charged when you downgrade you plan to a FREE or Standard Plan.
Question 2: How does the free 21 Day PRO Trial work?
What we have seen over the last 3 years, is that when we people try pro, their businesses grow. (We didn't mean to rhyme :-). So we want everyone to experience the pro features for 21 days for FREE. You can cancel the free trial on day 1 and just use our amazing free Standard app, you can go all the way to day 21 and cancel. It's up to you. If you stay on the trial on day 22 you will then be billed 24.95, which is roughly 80 cents a day. That's a crazy good deal to help you grow your business.
Question 3: What if I want to try Pro and then I downgrade to FREE and then go back to pro?
That's up to you. You can upgrade, downgrade, side grade, low grade ... Actually sorry that doesn't make sense. The answer is "Yes" and you will never lose any information or contacts or anything else and you can always go back and forth.
